Siobhán Parker
Siobhán is an accredited Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist with IAHIP, holding a Masters and Higher Diploma in Psychotherapy. She works with adults on a one-to-one basis, offering a safe space to explore personal and interpersonal issues that may be causing emotional distress. In therapy, clients can avail of a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment to explore what they are currently experiencing. Siobhán helps clients develop skills and practices to better support oneself in everyday life.
Siobhán’s approach is fundamentally person-centred, and it is shaped by the unique needs of each client. Her approach is influenced by Rogerian, Existential, Psychodynamic and Object Relations (attachment) theories primarily.
Siobhán has experience in working with a range of issues including anxiety and stress, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss, childhood trauma, life transitions, suicidal ideation, self-esteem and other emotionally distressing experiences.
