“I believe in my clients’ ability to know and understand their world and what they need to improve their overall health and well-being. Engaging in therapy supports this process and has at its core the development of a particular and unique relationship between therapist and client. I provide a non-judgemental, confidential and caring environment within which we can explore your present situation and decide on what and how you may need further support. I work with adults over the age of 18 on a 1:1 basis and provide both face-to-face and an online service. “
