Realt na Mara, Oakwood’s Retreat House
Realt na Mara is a retreat house in Beale, Co. Kerry, where guided meditation retreats are held on a regular basis. If you are interested in practicing mindfulness and meditation under professional instruction in a quiet and scenic setting then please contact us for our program which includes weekly meditation groups as well as 1/2 day and full day mindfulness experiences. All sessions are delivered by Jo and Declan Aherne who between them have over 60 years experience in mindfulness meditation. Specific sessions can be arranged to suit individuals or group needs.
