provides support to her clients as they struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, self-
esteem, bereavement and loss. Caroline believes her clients have the answers within them and the
therapeutic relationship between her and her client is integral to unlocking them.
“It is the client who knows what hurts, what directions to go, what problems are crucial, what
experiences have been deeply buried.” Carl Rogers.
